Schedule availability:
- PT 3-4 days week 20-30 Hr week
- Shift length can range 5-8hr
- Weekdays/ at least one weekend day
- Preferred days: Wed - Sat
- Early morning shift start 3:30am-10am
- Morning Shift Start 7am - 1pm
Wages
$19.50-$21 per hour (depending on level of experience) plus tips & paid break
Duties & Responsibilities may include:
Your primary responsibility will be to make dough; secondary responsibility will be to help process the dough: cut & shape loaves.
- Scaling ingredients
- Mixing multiple dough batches of 50-160kg each
- Pulling dough out of mixer and portioning into boxes
- Cutting and shaping the dough into loaves
- Cleaning and restocking inventory
Requirements:
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to multitask and operate in fast pace when needed
- 1 years commercial kitchen experience
- 1-3 year of dough related work
- Culinary/ baking education is preferred
- Strong constitution, able to lift 50 lbs
- No existing injuries
- Willing to work with intensity
- Can work independently or in a team
- Can arrive independently on time
Ability to commute/relocate
- Hamilton ON: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Compensation
$19.50 - $21.00 per hour
